"The First Hundred Years, 1879-1979 Novinger, Missouri" published in 1979 by Novinger Planned Progress, Inc. The first printing of this book in 1979 contained no table of contents or index. However, the book was reprinted in December 1996 with the index that appears in the link below and with a table of contents. The book is still available for sale. It's cost is $44 (includes $4 shipping). It is 8 1/2 X 11, soft cover with 650 pages. The index in the actual book contains four columns per page with surnames and significant entries in boldface type. Page numbers with photographs are underlined.
